1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ReelBonus: Coin Wave Launcher (the "App"), provided by AAHapps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
The App provides home-screen launcher and personalization features. You may select it as your device's launcher, view and organize installed applications, manage launcher settings, select wallpapers, view weather-related features, manage notifications, and use the available cleaning or process-management tools. Features may vary by device, operating-system version, permissions, and availability.
The App may display advertising, including rewarded advertising. Advertisers and their services are responsible for their own ads, offers, landing pages, products, and privacy practices. Viewing an ad does not create an entitlement to cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value unless the App expressly states otherwise and applicable law permits it.
The App does not remove, modify, or control third-party applications installed on your device merely by acting as a launcher. You may stop using the App at any time by switching to another launcher, clearing its data, or uninstalling it.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, AAHapps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use on a device you own or control.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the App and your device. You agree to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights when using the App.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- interfere with the App's security, availability, or normal operation;
- use automated means to access the App in a way that harms or burdens the service; or
- misrepresent your relationship with AAHapps or infringe another person's rights.
6. Third-Party Apps, Ads, and Services
The App may display or help you open applications and content provided by third parties, including advertisements. Those apps, services, advertisements, offers, and content are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AAHapps is not responsible for third-party products, content, availability, offers, or practices.
7. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to AAHapps and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its content.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAHapps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created risk or harm. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
